Cancellation of Work Permits for Employees With Pending Labor Disputes
An application filed by either party to the employment relationship in order to complete the necessary procedures for cancelling the work permit of an employee who has a pending labor case.
Required Documents
- In the event that a Judgment has been issued (legal ruling document at any level of litigation)
- If the case is undergoing deliberation (a certificate stating the current status of the case, along with the judicial ruling document, if applicable)
Terms & Conditions
The workers must be registered in the Ministry's database. There is a pending dispute before the court, and the work permit is valid. The employee is not the subject of an absconding report.
