    A subsidiary procedure related to creating and updating the establishment file enabling the customer to obtain an electronic signature card for the purpose of authorizing transactions and contracts.

    The authorized signatory must maintain a file with the Ministry (personal identification number). Payment of fees associated with typing and card issuance.
